Your First Visit: We will perform a comprehensive assessment. This appointment can be done in person or virtually. This involves a detailed review of your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, dietary habits, and health goals. We may ask you to complete a photo food diary to assess your current diet.

Customized Plan: Based on the assessment, your goals, and your lifestyle- we develop a personalized plan to support your health. This includes specific dietary modifications, sample meal plan, supplements, lifestyle changes, and recommendations for functional testing if indicated.

Additional Support: Functional nutrition is an ongoing process, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Follow-up appointments are available as needed to discuss progress and make adjustments.
