Service Description

We will discuss methods of cycle tracking and review your charts together to gain insight to your hormonal patterns, ovulation, luteal phase length, and fertility. If you have Inito, Mira, or other hormonal charts- please submit 24 hours prior to your appointment time for review. Includes personalized diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support your hormonal balance and fertility.* You will receive access to physician-grade supplements at the Balanced Body Nutritional Dispensary. *This session is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
